Maruti Dzire – Smart Choice for Families
I have been using the Maruti Suzuki Dzire for a while now, and my experience has been excellent overall. In terms of looks and styling, the car has a modern and sporty design with LED headlamps, a wide piano-black grille, stylish alloy wheels, and sleek tail-lamps. The interior feels premium with a dual-tone beige-black finish, faux-wood accents, and a spacious cabin. The seats are comfortable even on long drives.
Performance-wise, the 1.2L Z-Series petrol engine is smooth, refined, and ideal for city as well as highway driving. The 5-speed manual gearbox feels precise, while the AMT option makes daily commutes effortless. The steering is light for city use, and the suspension handles bumps well, ensuring a comfortable ride. While the engine isn’t aggressively sporty, it delivers consistent and reliable performance.
Mileage is a major plus—around 24–25 kmpl in petrol and over 33 km/kg for the CNG variant in real-world conditions, making it one of the most fuel-efficient sedans in its segment.
Safety is top-notch. The Dzire is the first sedan in India to achieve a 5-star Bharat NCAP rating. It comes with up to six airbags, ABS with EBD, ESP, hill-hold assist, ISOFIX mounts, tyre pressure monitoring, and more, providing great peace of mind for families.
Servicing has been hassle-free thanks to Maruti’s wide service network. Spare parts are affordable, service costs are reasonable, and appointments are easy to get. The after-sales support has been responsive and professional.
Overall, the Maruti Suzuki Dzire is a perfect balance of style, comfort, safety, mileage, and low ownership cost. Whether for daily commutes, family outings, or even commercial use, it delivers excellent value for money.By: Akshat Upadhyay (Aug 12, 2025)

Dzire: A Complete Package in Compact Sedan Class
If you're considering a compact sedan, the Maruti Suzuki Dzire deserves serious attention. It’s one of the best-looking cars in its segment, easily outshining rivals like the Honda Amaze and Hyundai Aura. Inside, it offers more space, better comfort, and great sound quality. Performance-wise, it’s smooth and responsive in both city traffic and highway drives. The mileage is excellent—around 20 km/l in the city and up to 25 km/l on highways. Newer models now come with a Global NCAP safety rating, adding peace of mind. Take a test drive with your family—you’ll probably book it the same day.

Basic but reliable
I have the Maruti Suzuki Dzire LXI model, and it’s a good car for daily use. It gives very good mileage, around 19 to 21 km per litre, which helps save money. The car is easy to drive and light on the steering. It’s comfortable and has enough space for 4-5 people. Since it’s the base model, it does not have power windows, music system, or central locking. I added some of these later. The price is affordable, and the maintenance is cheap. If you want a simple, low-cost, and fuel-saving car, the Dzire LXI is a good option.By: Mohit Jain (Jul 22, 2025)
