- The front grille, bonnet clips, door hinges, side steps, and body cladding have all undergone changes.
- The Thar's rough, 4x4 appeal is enhanced by the 18-inch alloys, 255 mm all-terrain tyres (on the LX variant) and the full-sized tyre installed on the tailgate.
- It comes with three roof options: a fixed soft-top, factory-installed hard-top, and a convertible soft-top.
- The redesigned centre console is sleek and functional, featuring manual AC controls, two USB ports, an AUX-in, and a charging port.
- Audio, Bluetooth, and cruise control buttons are included on the new multi-function steering wheel.
- The new instrument cluster features a digital Multi-Information Display flanked by analogue Tacho and speedometer.
- The bucket seats are a significant upgrade over the previous Thar, providing more support and comfort.
- A second-generation 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine with 130 hp and 300 Nm of torque, powers the new Thar (diesel version).
- It produces 53 Nm more torque than previously, with maximum torque available at 1,600 rpm and continuing to 2,800 rpm.
- The new Thar takes 13.36 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour.
- A brand-new 2.0-litre turbo-charged direct-injection petrol engine, the first from the mStallion family powers the new Thar (petrol version), with power and torque outputs of 150 hp and 320 Nm, respectively.
- In terms of performance, the petrol-automatic accelerates from a standstill to 100 km/h in 10.20 seconds.
