Mahindra eKUV100 Expected Launch Date

Mahindra & Mahindra is expected to launch the KUV100 NXT-based electric vehicle eKUV100 in India this year, most likely before the middle of 2022. It debuted in production-ready form at the 2020 Auto Show, with a 15.9 kWh battery pack and a 54.4 PS electric motor. It's an SUV (Sports Utility Vehicle) with good ground clearance that's good for off-roading.

Mahindra eKUV100 Price:

The Mahindra eKUV100 is likely to cost between Rs 9-13 lakh in terms of price. The eKUV100 will most likely be the cheapest electric car on the Indian market when it debuts.

Mahindra eKUV100 Features:

Apart from the newly designed badging, the electric KUV comes without a gear lever. The redesigned closed-off front grille comes with little arrow-shaped inserts, six of which are painted in blue. The two charging port flaps, one on each front fender are the most noticeable improvements. Apart from that, the headlights and taillights have blue accents. The new eKUV100, according to Mahindra, has additional connection features like remote diagnostics, cabin pre-cooling, and real-time location monitoring. The driver's driving pattern and battery status could be monitored by the electric compact crossover. All four power windows, power steering, a touch screen infotainment system with app connectivity and at least two airbags are standard on the eKUV100. It has a 170 mm ground clearance, which is sufficient to navigate most uneven roads and potholes without colliding.

Mahindra eKUV100 Performance:

The Mahindra eKUV100 is equipped with an automatic transmission. The eKUV100 commercial has a 15.9kWh battery pack and a 54.4hp, 120 Nm electric motor. It has a range of 147 km and can be charged to 80% in 55 minutes using a fast charger. A full charge on a standard charger takes about 5 hr 45 min.

Mahindra eKUV100 Capacity:

The Mahindra eKUV100 can accommodate 5 people. It boasts a 243-litre boot capacity and when the back seats are folded, the capacity increases to 473 litres.

Mahindra eKUV100 Rivals:

The Mahindra eKUV100 will compete with the likes of Mahindra eVerito and Tata Tigor EV after its launch.
