Low Top Speed
The top speed feels inadequate even on city flyovers when riding with a pillion. Acceleration slows down drastically once battery percentage drops below half. Front fork suspension makes clicking noise over potholes. Not satisfied with overall mechanical quality of this EV.Read full Review
Poor After Sales
Worst after sales service experience from Tunwal dealership. Battery indicator gives wrong percentage reading frequently leading to sudden stopping on road. Takes forever to get spare parts replacement. Build quality is flimsy and unreliable for daily commuting.Read full Review
Battery Overheating Issue
Charger gets extremely hot while charging the Tunwal TZ 33 at home. Real world range barely reaches 65 km in city traffic conditions. Seat cushion material started tearing within 3 months. Totally disappointed with this electric scooter performance and durability.Read full Review
Poor Night Headlight
The LED headlight illumination of Tunwal TZ 33 is very poor for night driving on unlit city roads. Underseat storage is extremely small and cannot fit standard helmet along with charger wire. Range is barely 70 km per full charge. Definitely expected better quality for 1.15 lakh price!Read full Review
Overpriced for Quality
Tunwal TZ 33 feels overpriced considering the thin body plastic quality and loose switch gear. Braking lacks confidence during emergency stops. Charging time takes more than 6 hours regularly. Dealer after sales support is irresponsible and unhelpful when complaints are raised.Read full Review
Frequent Glitches
Facing multiple electrical issues with my Tunwal TZ 33 within two months of buying. Speedometer resets randomly while riding and headlight beam flickers on rough patches. Service center mechanics lack technical knowledge about battery management systems. Very frustrating purchase decision!Read full Review
Battery Range Drop
Disappointed with real world range of Tunwal TZ 33. Claimed range is high but I get hardly 60-65 km on full charge. Digital speedometer display flickers sometimes during afternoon heat. Body panel plastics rattle loudly while riding on uneven city roads. Needs better quality control!Read full Review
Stiff Suspension Ride
The ride comfort on Tunwal TZ 33 is below expectations. Suspension transmits every minor road bump directly to rider spine. Seat cushion is hard for rides longer than 15 minutes. Charging socket cover broke within first month of usage. Needs significant improvement in build quality.Read full Review
Fair Service & Build
Bike performance is ok for city trips. Battery charges in 5.5 hours. Service support in smaller towns takes time for parts availability. Satisfactory product overall.Read full Review
Average Braking Grip
I have been using Tunwal TZ 33 for three months now. The range is okay around 75 km but top speed drops significantly when battery goes below 30%. Braking grip on wet roads feels loose and build plastic quality feels quite cheap. Service center response is very slow when reporting minor electrical switch issues.Read full Review
