Okinawa Lite projector headlight looks good in design but light throw on dark roads is very poor. Battery full charge takes almost 5 hours. Realistic range is around 40 km only. Seat foam padding is thin and causes discomfort after 10 minutes of continuous riding. Local dealer service quality is frustrating. Overall very disappointing product.
Okinawa Lite quality control is terrible. Front brake lever became loose within first week of usage. 250W motor has no pulling capacity on flyovers. Detachable battery is heavy and socket pins feel very cheap. Range drops drastically if headlights are turned on at night. Highly dissatisfied with overall vehicle performance and build.By: Tanmay Bhat (Aug 31, 2026)

Disappointing Range
Company claims 60 km range for Okinawa Lite but practically I get only 38-42 km max on full charge. Speed 25 kmph is annoying when you need to cover 10-15 km distance quickly. Suspension feels rigid and uncomfortable. Body panel fitting alignment is noticeably crooked. Service center support is very poor. Save your money and look elsewhere.By: Niranjan Shah (Aug 31, 2026)

Weak Motor Power
Okinawa Lite 250W motor has zero punch when carrying double seat load. Speed drops down to 15 kmph on slight flyover inclines. Detachable battery plug connection broke once and took 2 weeks for dealership repair. Instrument cluster display freezes occasionally in monsoon season. Not recommended for adult riders needing decent power.By: Parveen Kumar (Aug 31, 2026)

Terrible Suspension
Okinawa Lite rear double shockers are extremely stiff, every small bump transfers directly to spine. Top speed 25 kmph feels like crawling in fast city traffic. Plastic body panels started vibrating within three weeks of delivery. Underseat space 17 litres is practically useless for anything larger than small bag. Highly disappointed with product quality.By: Omkar Nath (Aug 31, 2026)

Poor Battery Backup
Okinawa Lite battery drains very rapidly after 30 km of riding. Company claims 60 km range which is completely false in practical conditions. Suspension gives harsh feedback on road bumps. Rear drum brake lacks proper stopping power. Seat cushioning is thin and uncomfortable for longer than 15 minutes ride. Disappointed with performance.By: Giridhar Gopal (Aug 31, 2026)

Horrible Service
Worst customer service from Okinawa dealership! Battery charger stopped working after one month and dealer refused instant replacement under warranty. Okinawa Lite top speed 25kmph is too slow and real range is hardly 35km. Plastic body panels rattle constantly. Total waste of 70 thousand rupees on this flimsy electric scooter. Avoid at all costs!By: Subhash Chandra (Aug 31, 2026)

Range Issue EV
Okinawa Lite range promised by dealer was 60 km but in reality it drops to 35-40 km with dual riding. Speed of 25 kmph is too slow even for daily office commute. Digital speedometer screen gets foggy during rain. Rear shock absorbers are harsh on small potholes. Battery removal latch feels flimsy and cheap. Not worth spending money.By: Dharmendra Pal (Aug 31, 2026)

Overpriced Low Speed
Okinawa Lite price is high for a 25 kmph low speed scooter. Plastic fitting gaps are inconsistent throughout the body. Front disc brake squeaks continuously while braking. Dual rear shockers offer poor cushioning on rough roads. Takes full 5 hours to charge 1.25 kWh battery. Definitely not recommended for daily commuters who value speed.By: Farhan Akhtar (Aug 31, 2026)

Poor Hill Climb
Purchased Okinawa Lite for local errands but 250W motor is extremely weak. Scooter almost comes to a halt while climbing steep society ramps with two people on board. Boot space of 17 litres is very cramped and cannot store standard helmet properly. Battery charger gets extremely hot while charging. Service network is also unhelpful when issues arise.By: Chandan Das (Aug 31, 2026)
