The KTM 250 Adventure was first introduced to the Indian audience in 2020, priced originally at ₹2.48 lakh (ex-showroom). With the 2025 model year, the Austrian brand launched the latest iteration of the ADV on our shores. The bike arrived with an updated powerplant, a redesigned chassis, and a range of feature additions. The motorcycle is now fully available across KTM dealerships in India, setting a new benchmark in the adventure segment.

The KTM 250 Adventure comes in a single variant, the STD, priced at ₹2,59,850 (ex-showroom). KTM 250 Adventure Design

The design of the KTM 250 Adventure is a striking blend of modern aesthetics and practical functionality. Its aggressive stance, highlighted by sharp edges and a muscular fuel tank, makes it visually appealing on both city streets and rugged terrains. The motorcycle comes in two colour options including Electronic Orange and Ceramic White. This year's model features a sculpted 14.5-litre fuel tank, an elongated seat design for enhanced comfort, and black alloy wheels that contribute to the bike's overall sporty demeanour. Furthermore, the LED headlamp with integrated daytime running lights not only improves visibility but also brings a more modern look. The lightweight platform shared with the KTM 390 Adventure complements its adventurous spirit, providing riders with agility and control.

The cockpit features a five-inch TFT instrument cluster that presents all essential information clearly, allowing riders to focus more on the road ahead. The bike further includes dual-channel ABS with switchable off-road ABS for a more raw, connected riding experience. It additionally features ride-by-wire throttle system.

KTM 250 Adventure Engine and Specifications

The KTM 250 Adventure is powered by the same 248.8 cc single-cylinder engine that is found on the 250 Duke. This liquid-cooled unit makes 30 bhp at 9,250 rpm and 23 Nm of torque at 7,250 rpm. The bike is built around an all-new split trellis frame that is suspended by 43 mm WP APEX USD front forks with 200 mm of travel. There is a pre-load adjustable monoshock with 205 mm of travel at the rear. 

The 250 Adventure is equipped with a 320 mm front disc and a 240 mm rear disc. Its safety net includes dual-channel ABS with switchable Offroad ABS.

The ARAI-claimed mileage offered by the KTM 250 Adventure is 38.12 kmpl. Real-world fuel economy figures may vary depending on road conditions and riding style.
