Built on a steel tube frame with an aluminum sub-frame, the XC variant stands out with its off-road enhancements. It uses KYB suspension components, including USD telescopic front forks and a rear monoshock, offering 150 mm and 130 mm of travel, respectively. Braking is handled by a 320 mm front disc and a 240 mm rear disc, paired with J.Juan calipers and dual-channel ABS from Bosch.
The scrambler runs on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear wheels, featuring cross-spoke design and Pirelli Scorpion Rally STR tyres for improved grip on varied surfaces. Seat height is set at 839 mm, higher than the 795 mm on the 500X, and the bike weighs 5 kg more than its cafe racer sibling.
