Owning bgauss c12i for three months now. Electricity bill increase is very minimal, making it light on pocket. However, absence of front disc brake option is noticed during quick emergency stops. Battery indicator percentage fluctuates slightly when climbing steep slopes under load. Acceptable performance for daily household utility work.
The digital display on bgauss c12i is readable but lacks built-in turn-by-turn navigation which would have been very useful for city navigation. Motor response is smooth in sport mode but consumes battery faster. Charging portable battery pack inside home takes almost 6.5 hours. Good for regular city commuting if your expectations are realistic.By: Rajeshwar Nath (Aug 17, 2026)

Okay Suspension
Riding bgauss c12i on smooth tar roads is fine, but on rough broken roads the ride quality becomes bumpy. Range in eco mode is realistic around 100 km. Front telescopic forks absorb small undulations, but rear hydraulic spring feels firm with single rider. Build is sturdy and side stand safety sensor functions reliably every time.By: Satish Pradhan (Aug 17, 2026)

Mixed Experience
BGauss c12i saves petrol cost effectively, but service network in smaller towns is still expanding so spare parts availability can take time. Seat size and footboard space are generous for family usage. Throttle control is easy for beginners. Overall a average electric scooter if you have access to good local dealer service support.By: Tushar Samant (Aug 17, 2026)

Simple City EV
BGauss c12i provides basic electric mobility without extra thrills. Max speed of 60 kmph is okay for internal colony roads and city traffic. Underseat 18-23L storage space fits small charger and handbag. Charging cable length provided by company could have been slightly longer for convenient outdoor socket access. Fair choice for budget buyers.By: Upendra Yadav (Aug 17, 2026)

Fair Daily Option
Overall bgauss c12i serves the purpose of low cost city travel. Practical range is approximately 90 to 100 km depending on throttle usage. Plastic panel quality near lower footboard area could be improved as it gets scratched easily. Seat comfort is fine for short 10-15 km rides but feels slightly soft on longer trips. Reasonable budget option.By: Pankaj Kataria (Aug 17, 2026)

Decent City Ride
I have been riding bgauss c12i for two months now. Motor performance in eco mode is sluggish when carrying a heavy pillion passenger up steep flyovers. Battery range is around 95 km in mixed riding conditions. App connectivity features disconnect occasionally and require manual reconnecting. Decent value for money for basic daily commuting needs.By: Nitin Chaurasia (Aug 17, 2026)

Okay Electric EV
BGauss c12i is a practical scooter for short distance city runs. Battery removal mechanism is handy for apartment owners. However, halogen indicators look slightly outdated compared to full LED setups in modern electric competitors. Headlight throw on dark night roads could have been wider. Braking efficiency with CBS is fair enough for routine city speeds.By: Om Prakash Pal (Aug 17, 2026)

Fair Performance
The bgauss c12i model offers decent build quality and smooth acceleration for daily urban travel. However, rear suspension feels stiff over deep potholes and sudden road bumps when riding solo. Top speed of 60 kmph feels limited if you occasionally need to travel on open bypass highways. Boot space under seat is okay for small helmets but tight for larger items.By: Mahesh Solanki (Aug 17, 2026)

Average Charging
BGauss c12i is an average electric scooter for daily office commuting. Full charging takes around 6 to 7 hours which feels a bit long if you forget overnight charging. Real world range in sport mode drops to around 85-90 km compared to claimed numbers. Drum brakes offer decent stopping power but disc brake option would have been better for high speed confidence.By: Lalit Vashisht (Aug 17, 2026)
