Baleno has been a firm favourite in the hatchback segment and is powered by 1.2-litre petrol motor that belts out 84bhp of power. There is also a 1.3 diesel engine on offer but only the petrol has CVT as an option.
The Baleno has the Elite i20 from Hyundai as its direct rival. In the coming months, it may have to fend off a strong attack from Tata Motors' Altroz.
