I'm getting a consistent mileage of 58 kmpl! The start-stop system works great in traffic and saves a lot of fuel. The engine is so refined. A true money-saver.
I love the chrome highlights and the classic design. It doesn't shout for attention like other sporty scooters. It has a very elegant and mature look. The build quality feels solid too. A very classy machine.By: Dinesh kumar Mirza (Nov 21, 2025)

Side stand sensor is a great safety feature
The engine doesn't start if the side stand is down. This is a very important safety feature that can prevent accidents. I am happy Yamaha has included this as standard.By: Pardeep Khatkar (Nov 21, 2025)

Braking is not confidence inspiring
The brakes feel spongy and lack the bite I expected. Under hard braking, it doesn't feel very stable. A better braking setup is needed for safety, especially with the disc variant. I dont feel safe during panic braking.By: Samar Sheoran (Nov 20, 2025)

Headlight is absolutely useless
The LED headlight on my disc variant looks modern but provides very poor visibility at night. The light spread is not good and it's a major safety hazard on dark roads. I am planning to install auxiliary lights.By: Harish Iyer (Nov 20, 2025)

My Detailed 1-Year Ownership Review
I've ridden my Fascino 125 for 12,000 km in one year, and here's my honest take. The Unbeatable: The design is its biggest strength. It's a timeless, classic look that stands out. The second best thing is the mileage. I consistently get 53-55 kmpl in Bangalore traffic, which is a massive saving. The 99 kg weight makes it incredibly nimble and easy to manage. The Good: The 125cc engine is very smooth and refined. The silent start (SMG) is a premium feature that I love. The engine stop-start system works well, though I sometimes turn it off in heavy traffic. The Compromises: The biggest compromise is comfort. The suspension is STIFF. While this helps in handling, it makes rides on bad roads very jarring. The second issue is practicality. The underseat storage is inadequate for a full-face helmet, and the lack of an external fuel filler is a constant annoyance. The OK: Performance is adequate for a solo rider in the city but feels strained with a pillion or on steep inclines. Braking is decent but not exceptional. Verdict: The Fascino is for someone who prioritizes style and mileage above everything else. If your commute is on good roads and you ride solo, it's a fantastic, economical, and stylish choice. However, if you need comfort, practicality for family use, or features, you should consider its competitors like the Access 125 or Jupiter 125.By: Aditya Nair (Nov 20, 2025)
