Rolls-Royce Motor Cars announced last year that it is going to launch its first electric car called Spectre soon. The electric sedan recently underwent winter testing in Arjeplog, Sweden, just 55km from the Arctic Circle. Watch how the Spectre lights up the region even in sub-zero conditions.
