The 390 Adventure is KTM’s offering in the mid-range adventure bike class. KTM has built the 390 Adventure for the riders who ‘take the long way home’.

KTM 390 Adventure Design:
The KTM 390 features an aggressive look while having the blend of KTM’s signature designing. The tank as well as the shrouds are compact enough to offer freedom of movement to the rider. The rear side panels and the low front fender protects the suspensions as well as the rider from splashes of dirt and slush. A bash-plate under the engine protects the vital parts of the engine and exhaust system from sticks and stones. The KTM 390 Adventure is available in two colour schemes, a Factory Racing Blue with orange and hints of white and a Dark Galvano Black with orange.
KTM 390 Adventure Dimension:
The dry weight of this bike is 158 kilograms, just two KGs more than its 250cc sibling. Like the 250 Adventure, this one gets a suspension setup by European manufacturer ‘WP Suspension’. The WP APEX upside-down fork set in the front allows 170mm of travel and the WP APEX monoshock in the rear allows 177mm of travel.
KTM 390 Adventure Features:
The 390 Adventure has electronic rider aids to help the rider get through tough off-roads. This bike has a dedicated ‘Offroad Mode’ that allows easer navigation through muddy puddles or thick sand. The ‘Offroad ABS’ feature disengages the ABS on the rear wheel so that the rider can get raw braking abilities while negotiating corners. The MTS (Motorcycle Traction Control) is lean-angle sensitive and adjusts the rear wheel spin according to the riding situation. Apart from these, the KTM 390 Adventure also features ‘Cornering ABS’ which makes braking safer in the corners. This feature can be switched off while going off the roads.
KTM 390 Adventure Engine and Performance:
A 373cc liquid-cooled, single cylinder on the KTM 390 Adventure makes 42.9 HP and 37 Nm torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission. The 390 Adventure can hit a top speed of 155 kilometers an hour.
KTM 390 Adventure Mileage:
The KTM 390 Adventure can return a mileage of 30 kilometers a litre. It has a fuel tank capacity of 14.5 litres.
