However, the bike does have a few drawbacks. The suspension feels a bit stiff on rough roads, and there is some engine heat in traffic. Mileage is average, and the service network is still not as strong as some competitors.
Overall, Jawa 42 is a great choice if you want a unique and stylish bike for city riding, but it may not be the best option for long rides or if you want low maintenance.

The total journey was approximately 2,000 km, completed in just 4–5 days. The Jawa 42 is an excellent bike for long rides—very comfortable for solo touring and smooth even on tough roads. The bike is still in great condition after the trip, and I didn’t face any issues or extra expenses. It gave an impressive mileage of around 35 km/l throughout the journey. Overall, it’s a strong and reliable touring bike. I’m really happy with it!

The Jawa 42 is pure class. The design is so retro and stylish, and the ride is smooth. The engine sound is also amazing, really makes me feel like a biker legend.
I am totally loving the Jawa 42. The riding experience is so comfortable, and the bike’s power is spot on. Perfect for long trips as well as city rides.

It’s perfect for city riding! I can weave through traffic easily, and it’s not heavy at all. The Jawa 42 makes commuting much more enjoyable than being stuck in a car!
