2020 Hyundai Creta SUV to launch on March 17, interior details out
- The new generation Creta was unveiled at the Auto Expo earlier this month.
Hyundai Motor India has revealed how the interiors of the new Hyundai Creta SUV look like. The company had unveiled in India, at Auto Expo 2020. But the interiors of the SUV was not disclosed at the event, leaving enthusiasts waiting longer for a full picture.
The company has announced that the new Creta will be launched on March 17.

The new design sketches show the new generation Creta will sport a more attractive interior. The new Creta gets a flat-bottom, multi-function steering wheel and a rectangular infotainment system integrated with the dashboard. The HVAC vents are placed above the infotainment system and the automatic climate control buttons are placed below the screen.

The gear lever appears wrapped in leather, while the entire dashboard looks neat and upmarket. The instrument cluster, as it appears in the sketches, have conventional dials.
The new Creta will also come with a panoramic sunroof, ventilated seats, wireless charging, cruise control and a whole lot more features.

The SUV, unveiled by Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan, now looks more stylish than ever before and is noticeably longer and wider than the outgoing model. Based on the Seltos platform, Creta 2020 gets new head lights with sleek boomerang LEDs on top. The cascading front grille, seen on several newer Hyundai cars, replaces the three-slat grille on the Creta. The matching tail lights look stunning and there is now a light bar running across the width.
On the inside is where Hyundai have really ramped up things and it makes perfect sense because the new Creta has to compete with rivals offering a plethora of comfort and convenience functionalities, including Hyundai's Blue Link connected car feature.
Under the hood, the Creta gets BS 6-compliant 1.5-litre petrol and diesel motors. There is an all-new 1.4-litre turbocharged petrol engine on offer as well which could satiate those looking to get maximum performance. These are BS 6-compliant.
