India’s biggest carmaker Maruti Suzuki India Limited will display as many as 17 cars in the upcoming 15th Auto Expo - The Motor Show 2020, starting February 7. The line-up includes the global premiere of Maruti’s concept electric vehicle FUTURO-e.

The 17 vehicles to be displayed by Maruti Suzuki include Celerio, S-Presso, WagonR, Swift, Dzire, Baleno, Ertiga, S-Cross, Ciaz S, XL6 and Swift Hybrid (Japan model).

In a statement issued by Maruti Suzuki, the company said it will take the opportunity to showcase its strength in green sustainable mobility and new designs for the future utility vehicles.

Having successfully introduced key technologies such as Auto Gear Shift, SmartPlay, Smart Hybrid, and S-CNG, we are committed to accelerate our efforts to bring new technologies that bring convenience to customers."

Among the star attractions at the Maruti Suzuki pavilion will be the Concept Futuro-e, a futuristic electric coupé-style concept vehicle. Maruti Suzuki has teased yet another image of the concept electric vehicle on Wednesday.

Besides the global debut of the concept electric vehicle, Maruti will also showcase the all new Vitara Brezza, that debuted in Auto Expo 2016. The 2020 version of Brezza will get a fresh new look and the petrol BS6 engine.

The facelift version of Maruti Ignis will also be on display. The compact car will come in an upgraded design elements, both inside and outside.

Spread over 4000 sq meter, the Maruti Suzuki pavilion at this Auto Expo will be been divided into 4 zones. The entire Maruti Suzuki pavilion will be completely digital and paperless. The pavilion will also house a Maruti Suzuki Studio for the first time. It will help to create a real-time digital connect with the millions of viewers online.
