Renault to hike car prices from new year 2020
NEW DELHI : Renault India on Thursday announced a 'substantial price increase' across all its products in the country starting form January of 2020.

Renault joins a number of manufacturers who have already informed of an impending price hike. Like them, the French manufacturer blames rising input and material costs for the decision to increase car prices.
The company also said that the extent of the price rise would vary from model to model.
Renault has had a torrid past few months and the month-on-month sales figures have been proof of how it has struggled to find favour with Indian car buyers. Nonetheless, some of its popular models here include Kwid, which recently underwent a facelift, and the Duster.
