SIAM partners with Facebook to take Auto Expo 2020 to the world
Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) on Thursday announced that it has tied up with Facebook to help take the upcoming Auto Expo 2020 to a larger audience around the world.
Auto Expo 2020 will be held in Greater Noida between February 7 and 12 and SIAM is now banking on its partnership with Facebook to massively increase the reach and ambit of the event. This is an especially significant for auto enthusiasts in India and elsewhere as they would now be able to follow updates and track developments from the event from their locations. "The partnership with Facebook is a natural fit. They are the world's leading social platform and will bring huge value to the Auto Expo as a show, which is not only about motors but also about mobility," said Rajan Wadhera, President, SIAM.
The partnership between SIAM and Facebook for Auto Expo 2020 will involve structured engagement with members of the auto industry on leveraging digital to unlock business growth. With reports suggesting that Facebook is and will have a large role to play in influencing customer preferences in the auto sector, the partnership for Auto Expo 2020 becomes even more crucial.
