The mobile showroom also has a Hector - the only MG product in India currently - parked inside. "The latest on-ground campaign builds on our ‘Automotive Retail 2.0’ proposition that leverages innovative digital tools to deliver engaging, immersive, and differentiated experiences to our customers," said Gaurav Gupta, Chief Commercial Officer, MG Motor India. "MG Experience on Wheels will help us expand our reach further and garner customer interest in markets where our showrooms are not yet present."

MG currently has 150 centers across the country and is looking at hitting 250 by the end of the current financial year. Recently, the company also launched a unique carless showroom in Bengaluru.

The British company is basking in the glory of strong sales figures for the Hector which has a considerable waiting period. It is also gearing up to launch its first electric offering in India courtesy the ZS EV, in December. This will be the second electric SUV here after Hyundai's Kona.

MG is also working on more and more charging points in five big cities of the country, including Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Bengaluru.
