Three or free: Mercedes launches time-bound car service facility
Mercedes-Benz on Monday announced the launch of its 'Premiere Express Prime' car service facility which promises to enhance customer ownership experience by providing dedicated and time-bound service facility.
Part of the company's focus on efficiency, customers can now get their Mercedes cars serviced in three hours flat or else they won't be charged for it. The 'Premiere Express Prime' car service has been launched in Bengaluru and will soon be taken to Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad.

Mercedes says this is only one of 25 initiatives it has taken to further improve ownership experience for customers. This is also part of celebrations for Mercedes' 25-year presence in India.
In recent times, the country's largest luxury car maker has reached out to customers by improving financing options, offering attractive buy-back schemes and better assisting with post-sales outreach. Having already launched the V-Class and the GLC in recent months, the company is rapidly expanding its product portfolio in India and is targeting presenting one product each month in 2020.
