Auto Expo 2020: Mega plans for mega Indian automotive extravaganza
Come the new year and all eyes would be on the biggest car and bike festival in the country - the Auto Expo 2020, to be held at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida. Held once every two years, Auto Expo 2020 will be organised from February 7 to 12 and is once again expected to generate a massive buzz among motoring enthusiasts and people at large.
The theme of the upcoming edition of Auto Expo 2020 is 'Explore the World of Mobility' with the message of technology, capability and vision of mobility for tomorrow – safer, cleaner, connected, bespoke and shared.

Auto Expo 2020 seeks to put new emission technology and safety standards under one roof with a special focus on Indian automotive industry’s preparedness to adopt to the BSVI norms. "The auto industry is putting its best foot forward to match the aspirations of the nation and this edition of the Auto Expo 2020 will bring to fore the futuristic trends and practicality towards encompassing a multitude of facets of mobility," said Rajan Wadhera, President, SIAM & President, Automotive Sector, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
The upcoming event will feature six special days with each day 'exploring' a specific aspect of the world of mobility – Enterprise Day, Goodwill Day, Family Day, Women Power Day, Green Day and Driving Experience Day.
Spread across an area of 2,35,000 sq mtrs, Auto Expo 2020 will be organised between 11 AM and 8 PM on the public days - February 8 to 11. A number of car and bike manufacturers are expected to unveil their upcoming vehicles and concepts here.
