Mahindra & Mahindra <MAHM.BO>, India's largest utility vehicles and tractor maker, will decide after a due diligence whether to make a bid for Korean firm Ssangyong <003620.KS>, Mahindra President Pawan Goenka told reporters on Thursday.
Mahindra is among the six bidders shortlisted, who had submitted letters of intent to buy the Korean automaker that has been under court-led restructuring since early 2009.
