Benelli to Triumph and more: Dream rides to die for at Auto Expo1 min read . Updated: 30 Jan 2016, 02:20 PM IST From Honda to Benelli to Triumph, some two-wheelers are ready to set the Auto Expo on fire
Starting February 5, the India Auto Expo will be one big occasion for biking enthusiasts to stick their eyes out on, sometimes pose with and even possibly buy soon the most powerful bikes from corners of the world. From Honda to Benelli to Triumph, here are some hot wheels to watch out for which can set the Expo on fire:
DSK Benelli will showcase the faired version of the TNT 300, called the Tornado 302. It will also display its scrambler, the Leoncino and the TRK502, an adventure touring motorcycle.
Triumph is to put its entire new Bonneville range on display, starting with the 900cc Street Twin, moving through the T120 and culminating in the range-topping 1,200cc Thruxton S and Thruxton R.
Yamaha will display the naked sibling of the YZF-R3, the MT 03, along with the eagerly awaited R15 v3.0. Motorcycle fans will be ogling at the R1M track bike, expected to adorn the Yamaha stall.
The Japanese giant will raise the curtain on the Navi, which it has shrouded in mystery as a "revolutionary 'new kind of ride' for youth, 'full of unlimited possibilities'". Also on stand will be the PCX150, a vehicle which Honda claims belongs to a new segment - the motor scooter. It will also display the 2016 CRF1,000L Africa Twin, which is to be its flagship adventure tourer.
The TVS stall will feature the company's most powerful motorcycle yet: the Apache RTR 200, replete with aggressive styling, an oil-cooled engine and impressive performance numbers.
