Qoros 3 Hatch to be unveiled at Geneva Motor Show

One year after the world premiere of the Qoros 3, the young Chinese brand will unveil its second production vehicle at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show. The Qoros 3 Hatch is a compact sedan which, as suggested by the name, stands out from its predecessor primarily through its hatchback body.
Based in large part on the Qoros 3, the new model exhibits just a dash more sportiness. A four-door sedan like its predecessor, the Qoros 3 Hatch differs slightly through its tweaked front grille, front bumper with fog lights, and redesigned roof and hatchback rear. On the inside, Qoros promises a new atmosphere through the use of new materials and color combinations.

The Qoros 3 and Qoros 3 Hatch also share the same powertrain: a 1.6L engine with a six-speed manual transmission.
The new model is targeted primarily toward young and tech-savvy consumers, who will likely appreciate the QorosQloud infotainment system accessed through an eight-inch touchscreen display.
While this future Qoros seems to have everything it would need to appeal to Western consumers, it will initially be sold exclusively in China. The Qoros 3 Hatch will be built on the same production line as the Qoros 3 in Changshu, China. The brand plans to continue expanding its line by introducing a new model every 6 to 12 months.
