Designed by Walter De Silva, head of design at Volkswagen, this one-of-a-kind supercar was revealed in 2013 to celebrate Lamborghini's 50th anniversary. Now the spectacular Egoista will go on display to the public permanently at the Lamborghini Museum in Sant'Agata Bolognese, Italy.
In addition to its striking, futuristic design, this symbol of hedonism boasts a 5.2-liter V10 engine with nearly 600 bhp.
The active aerodynamic panels in the bodywork deploy automatically when the supercar encounters certain road conditions or reaches certain speeds, and the entire body is made of carbon fiber and aluminum. Rather than traditional side doors, the Egoista has a single canopy door that allows the driver to enter the cockpit.
