Great Wall Kulla EV concept : The Chinese answer to the Renault Twizzy, this all-electric 1+1 (it can carry two people, one behind the other) churns out 15bhp, can travel 100km and takes 4.5 hours to recharge. While the segment is huge in China, most owners chose MPVs for their ability to double up as vans, rather than because a group of people can travel in comfort, with luggage, and with the latest technology at their fingertips.
