Among its safety features are front and side airbags, built-in child safety systems, electronic stability control, speed limit warnings and lane departure warnings.

The Tesla Model S is a high-end all-electric car with up to 416hp, enabling 0 to 100km/h acceleration in just 4.4 seconds, all without CO2 emissions.

Few cars have achieved the maximum five-star rating in the Euro NCAP tests. The Model S joins an elite club that includes the BMW 2 Series Active Tourer, the Skoda Fabia and the Nissan Pulsar. On the other hand, the Renault Mégane Hatch received only four stars, while the Suzuki Celerio earned just three.
