TVS Apache RTR 200 was first released in November 2020. Few changes have been made in the subsequent model. According to sources, the TVS Apache RTR 200 Fi E100 will be upgraded and launched in September 2022.

TVS Apache RTR 200 dual-channel ABS version costs 1,44,000 Rupees and the single-channel ABS version costs just 5,000 Rupees cheaper at 1,39,000 Rupees. Kindly note that the prices are ex-showroom in Delhi.

The bike also comes with three riding modes—Urban, Rain, and Sport. The LED headlight with DRL on the 200 4V is similar to the one on the Apache RTR 160 4V.
TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Engine and Performance:
The 4 valve technology used in the engine gives explosive power. With its light body of just 150kgs, the power received at the wheel will feel higher than what’s on paper. Its Race Tuned Fuel Injection (RT-Fi) engine produces optimum power to launch itself in a race circumstance. The technology in the bike enables riders to check the lean angles and acceleration patterns of their past ride. The fuel-injected, 5-speed, 197.7cc air-cooled engine powers the Apache RTR 200 4V. The oil-cooled single-cylinder engine is also said to produce some of the best power-to-weight ratios there is. In Sport mode, this Apache churns out 20.82PS and 17.25Nm. In Urban and Rain modes, the output is limited to 17.32PS at 7800rpm and 16.51Nm at 5750rpm.

With a fuel tank capacity of 12 litres, the motorcycle returns about 37 to 40 kilometers per litre. Considering these statistics, the bike would have a range of about 450 kilometers in one fill of a tank. When traveling through congested roads, the Apache 200's 'Glide Through Traffic' feature comes to help. To keep the bike from coming to a standstill, the ECU increases the revs slightly. Such a feature is found only in bikes of higher class.
