Sweden has allowed teens to drive cars without licence
Those 15 and older do not need a proper driver's license
But there's a catch
The vehicle needs to be modified to roll no faster than a golf cart
They need to be altered to have a maximum speed of 30 kilometres per hour
These teens can drive even Porsches and BMWs...
...as long as its top speed is capped
Modified vehicles are called 'A-traktor'
