Tata Tiago EV  Expected Release Date:
At the 2018 Auto Expo, Tata unveiled the Tiago EV. The expected launch date of Tata Tiago EV is the first quarter of 2023. The Tata Tiago EV is a hatchback-style vehicle and will be offered with an electric drivetrain. Tata Motors is developing battery-powered vehicles in collaboration with the Tata Motors European Technical Centre (TMETC) in the United Kingdom.

The Tata Tiago EV is projected to cost between 5.00 and 7.00 lakh rupees.
 Tata Tiago EV  Features :
On the outside, the Tata Tiago EV will feature new headlamps, elegantly curved front and rear bumpers, and a black radiator grille with chrome strip lining. On the sides, it will come with the new alloy wheels, cladded side body panel, ORVMs, and door handle in body colour. New tail lamps, an integrated rear spoiler with a high-mount stop lamp, and rear bumper reflectors would be mounted at the rear.  The Tata Tiago Electric Vehicle's interiors will include a two-tone scheme and new fabric upholstery for the seats. The interiors include a height-adjustable driver seat, adjustable headrests for all seat occupants, and a foldable rear seat backrest. Air conditioning, an infotainment system with AM/FM, USB, AUX-IN, and iPod connectivity, and steering-mounted audio controls will all be included. Airbags for the driver and co-passenger are standard in the top models. This model comes standard with the central locking system with remote, power windows, rear seat child-safety locks, and parking sensors with alerts.
 Tata Tiago EV  Performance:
The Tata Tiago Electric Vehicle will be driven by a traction motor that produces 135PS and 200 Nm of torque. A single-speed gearbox with a drive attached to the front wheels would be used as the transmission system. The Tiago EV will be powered mechanically by a 30kW electric motor and a 216Ah battery pack, supported by fast charging.

The Mahindra eKUV100 can accommodate 5 people. It boasts a 242-litre boot capacity.

Maruti Suzuki Wagon R, Maruti Suzuki S-Presso, Maruti Suzuki Wagon R 2022, Datsun GO, and Hyundai Santro are among the vehicles that will compete with the Tata Tiago EV.
