Compare to the service cost is similar to the other brands as Maruti, Hyundai etc. After sales service need to improve. Overall, it's a budget friendly car for an Indian middle class 4-member family in its segment.

Mileage in CNG is quite decent and works well for my daily needs. Ground clearance and boot space are manageable, nothing to complain about. For a small family like mine, this car is more than enough. I’d easily give it 4.5 out of 5. Totally satisfied with Tata’s strong build quality.

The wheel caps aren’t very durable during long trips, and I faced a spark plug problem at just 4000 km. There’s not much mileage difference between CNG and petrol modes, which is disappointing. Also, the company doesn’t provide fog lamps, and installing them outside is tricky. The company’s fog lamps are quite expensive as well. Overall, it has some drawbacks that need improvement.

Not much stylist, average looks in overall style.
Performance is average due to 3-cylinder. I have drove in hilly area, feels under performance. However, in plains area performance is good. Tata needs to workout regarding the same.
Servicing experience is good. I have done 2 free servicing which is very well finished in time. Tata is customer oriented.
Mileage is very poor in hilly area. After 08 months petrol is giving 11-13 and CNG is giving 15-18 in delhi-ncr. In highway petrol is giving 13-14 and cng is giving 25+.
My experience that look wise is too good better than wagnar and driving is owesome.on the flyover I flies with I punch.
