JSW MG Motor India has teased the upcoming MG Majestor ahead of its official unveiling scheduled for February 12. Positioned above the Gloster, the Majestor will serve as MG’s flagship ICE-powered SUV for the Indian market. Based on the globally sold Maxus D90, the Majestor is aimed at sustaining MG’s presence in the premium, full-size SUV segment, targeting buyers looking for a large, feature-rich and road-dominant SUV.
Touted as the largest SUV in its class, the MG Majestor measures over five metres in length and rides on a long 2,950 mm wheelbase. These proportions translate into a commanding on-road presence, which MG has further emphasised through a bold and muscular exterior design.
MG Majestor Price
MG Motor India has not yet announced pricing details for the Majestor. Given its positioning above the Gloster and its full-size SUV credentials, the Majestor is expected to command a premium over MG’s current flagship.
MG Majestor Launch Date
The MG Majestor is scheduled to make its official debut in India on February 12. Market launch and delivery timelines are expected to be announced closer to the unveiling.
MG Majestor Variants & Colours
Variant-wise details and colour options for the India-spec MG Majestor have not been revealed yet. The SUV is expected to be offered in multiple trims, with higher variants likely featuring all-wheel drive and an expanded tech and safety package.

Official fuel efficiency figures for the MG Majestor are yet to be disclosed. Mileage details are expected to vary based on the diesel powertrain configuration and drivetrain layout.
MG Majestor Design and Dimensions
The MG Majestor adopts a butch and upright design that reinforces its full-size SUV positioning. The front fascia is dominated by a large gloss-black grille, flanked by split LED headlamps and slim LED daytime running lamps. At the rear, the SUV features connected LED taillamps and dual exhaust finishers.
Rugged design elements include chunky skid plates at both ends, thick body cladding for added protection, and flared wheel arches. Practical touches such as side steps aid ingress and egress, while cosmetic roof rails and large 20-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels further accentuate the Majestor’s imposing stance.
MG Majestor Interior and Features
While MG has not officially revealed the India-spec cabin, the Majestor is expected to closely mirror the Maxus D90 sold internationally, likely featuring an all-black interior theme and a technology-heavy layout.
