Paid over 2 crores for Mercedes-Benz S-Class but MBUX touchscreen keeps freezing repeatedly. Car scrapes its bottom on every medium speed breaker due to low clearance. Replacement parts take weeks to arrive from Germany. Absolutely disappointed with software reliability!

Terribly Low Clearance

Worst ownership experience with Mercedes-Benz S-Class! Ground clearance is ridiculously low for Indian roads, underbody hit bump on day three causing oil leak. Electronic seat massage stopped working after 3 months. Dealership service cost is exorbitant. Total waste of money!

Constant Sensor Berrors

Extremely disappointed with Mercedes-Benz S-Class reliability. ADAS system slams brakes unnecessarily in Indian traffic causing rear end scare. Soft close door sensor broke twice. Wireless charger overheats iPhone within 10 minutes. Way too fragile for daily rough usage!

Heavy Maintenance Trap

Air suspension in my Mercedes-Benz S-Class failed within 18 months and repair bills are absurdly expensive. Touch controls on steering respond randomly while driving. Boot space is useless because spare tire takes up all room. Not practical for Indian road conditions!

Overrated Luxury Sedan

Mercedes-Benz S-Class ride is soft on highways, but city ownership is nightmare. Scrapes on tall speed bumps, mileage drops to 5 kmpl in city traffic, and piano black interior scratches constantly. Touch AC controls force you to take eyes off road. Very overhyped car!

Comfortable Yet Big

Mercedes-Benz S-Class is a great luxury cruiser. Smooth suspension and great sound system. Maneuvering in tight city lanes is tough due to massive size and maintenance is super costly.

Nice Highway Sedan
