Honda Jazz
Honda Jazz Expected Release Date:
The 2019 Tokyo Motor Show featured the fourth-generation Honda Jazz. The size of the new model has increased, and it now uses a new design language. By the end of 2022, the car is scheduled to be available in the Indian market.
Honda Jazz Price:
The Honda Jazz is estimated to be priced between Rs. 8 lakh and Rs. 12 lakh.
Honda Jazz Features :
Honda Jazz with its bulbous headlight form looks unique and old-school. The front grille has a body-coloured plate that connects the headlamps and a small recess below it, rather than the conventional Honda design of chrome slats. The C-pillar, which lowers down on the wrap-around tail lamps, is another unusual architectural element. The huge tailgate has an MPV-like aspect and has large tail lights. The interiors of the Honda Jazz Facelift will be improved with new trims and finishes, as well as new seat upholstery. This model will also have an auto air conditioner with a touchscreen control panel, a paddle-shift mechanism for the CVT gearbox type, and a driver seat height adjuster. For the CVT version, the facelift would also include steering-mounted audio controls and an upgraded multi-information combo meter with LCD and shift position indicator. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto would be added to the infotainment system, as well as a new GPS-guided satellite-guided navigation system.
Honda Jazz Performance:
An 1199 cc SOHC i-VTEC engine with 90 PS at 6000 rpm and 110 Nm at 4800 rpm would power the petrol variant of Honda Jazz. A 4-cylinder 1498 cc diesel engine with 100 PS at 3600 rpm and 200 Nm at 1750 rpm will power the diesel version. The gasoline version will be offered with a 5-speed manual transmission or a Continuously Variable Transmission System. The diesel engine types would have a 6-speed manual transmission with front-wheel drive.
Honda Jazz Capacity:
The Honda Jazz is expected to have a five-seat interior. It will have a fuel capacity of 40-litres and boast a boot space of around 354-litres.
Honda Jazz Rivals :
The Honda Jazz will compete against the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Ford Figo, and Hyundai i20 as the company's lone hatchback offering in India.
