The motor develops 453 hp (approx. 473 bhp) at 6,250 rpm, with torque rated at 550 Nm in the six-speed manual variant and 600 Nm in the eight-speed automatic. This results in a 0–100 kmph sprint time of just 4 seconds with the automatic and 4.2 seconds with the manual. Top speed is electronically capped at 250 kmph, extendable to 285 kmph with the optional M Driver’s Package. BMW’s engineering ensures strong mid-range performance, with maximum torque available across a wide rev band, offering flexibility for both spirited drives and relaxed cruising.
