KTM Electric Scooter
KTM had displayed their electric scooter prototype ?E-Speed? which captured the interest of many motorists.
KTM Electric Scooter Expected Launch Date:
The E-Speed was first showcased at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. It is expected to be launched in 2023.
KTM Electric Scooter Price:
The KTM electric scooter could cost between Rs. 1.5 lakh to Rs. 2.3 lakh ex-showroom in Delhi.
KTM Electric Scooter Design:
KTM has ensured that the looks of the E-Speed prototype match its design scheme. A minimalistic and ?bare to the bones? design features an exposed frame around the scooter.
A few fiber components make up the body structure. It will also feature extended side footboards to make it look like a maxi-scooter.
The E-Speed is stylish in its own futuristic manner. It also gets KTM?s orange, white and black colour scheme to match the signature livery of almost all their bikes.
KTM Electric Scooter Dimension:
As the design suggests, the KTM E-Speed could be as light as 90 kilograms.
The E-Speed could also come with WP suspensions that are uniquely positioned within the scooter.
KTM Electric Scooter Features:
Since it is an all-electric scooter, it is expected to have a fully-digital multicolour instrument cluster and a full-LED lighting setup.
The scooter could also come with GPS, Bluetooth connectivity and a USB mobile charger among others.
KTM Electric Scooter Engine and Performance:
The KTM electric scooter prototype had a 4.36 kWh lithium-ion battery. It could make 14.75 HP and 36 Nm torque.
The E-Speed could have a top speed of about 80 to 100 kmph.
KTM Electric Scooter Mileage:
As per reports, the battery could charge in 2 to 3 hours.
The KTM E-Speed prototype had the capacity to ride about 65 kilometers in a single charge.
KTM Electric Scooter Rivals:
This KTM electric scooter will compete with Ather 450X, Ola S1, DAO 703, Simple One, TVS iQube, One Moto Electa, Bounce Infinity E1, Pure EV EPluto 7G, and Bajaj Chetak.
