Honda CBR1000RR-R Honda CBR1000RR-R Launch Date: Honda’s iconic Fireblade brand, which was first introduced in 1992, has evolved into more powerful superbikes and in 2020 took the shape of CBR1000RR-R Fireblade and CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP.
Honda CBR1000RR-R Price: The pricing of
both variants has been kept in accordance with the two colours: Matte Pearl Morion Black (Standard) and Grand Prix Red (Standard). In April, Honda slashed Rs 10 lakh on CBR1000RR-R and now the black colour costs Rs.2,311,292 (ex-showroom Gurugram) and the red colour model is available at Rs 2,362,720.
Honda CBR1000RR-R Features:
The bike is designed to be ridden on race tracks and one can make this out by its stunning features. Honda says that the titanium helped in reducing the bike’s weight by around 50 per cent. The long list of features includes the smart key, and a higher-resolution instrument screen that shows information like modes of riding, engine temperature, shifter setting, ABS level, gear position, and fuel left, among others. Like Honda's other superbikes, this one also has Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) feature.
Honda CBR1000RR-R Performance:
The engine is liquid-cooled, four-stroke with 16-valve DOHC Inline-4. It has the potential to produce a power of 160 Kw at 14,500rpm and a torque of 113Nm at 12,500 rpm. The bike offers chain drive with six-speed manual transmission which gets support from a wet, multi-plate clutch. For the standard model, the front suspension is Showa Telescopic Inverted Fork and the rear one is Unit Pro-Link with gas-charged HMAS damper featuring 10-step preload, stepless compression and rebounds damping adjustment. For the SP model, the suspension system is Telescopic Inverted Fork and Öhlins NPX Smart-EC with preload, compression and rebound adjustment in the front. In the rear, it has Pro-Link with a gas-charged Öhlins TTX36 Smart-EC damper. Expect the superbike to clock a top speed of around 297 kmph.

The bike can store 16.1 litres of petrol. It weighs (kerb) 201 kg.
