Disappointing Quality

Plastic quality around handlebar switches feels cheap. Chain slackens every 300 km. Hero Xtreme 160R engine loses punch when carrying a heavy pillion rider on flyovers. Disappointed with overall quality.

Stiff Suspension Setup

Rear monoshock suspension is too stiff and causes severe back pain over city speed bumps. Mirror view is very small. LED headlight throw is weak for dark roads, making night highway rides risky.

Bad Service Experience

Hero dealership experience was pathetic. Panel gaps on fuel tank are uneven and engine oil started leaking after 1500 km. Front brake lever feels spongy under hard braking. Not worth the money spent on bike.

Worst Service Quality

Severe build quality issues on Hero Xtreme 160R. Rusting spotted on frame welding joints within six months. Battery gets discharged automatically. Local service center technicians are clueless about fixes.

Vibration Engine Issue

Engine buzzes heavily through footpegs and handlebars above 65 kmph speed. Gear shifting is rough and false neutral is common. Hero Xtreme 160R side stand sensor stopped working within three months of purchase.

Poor Rear Seat Comfort

Pillion seating position is terrible and extremely uncomfortable for family members. Bike suffers from high speed vibrations. Service center staff in my area is unhelpful. Fuel efficiency is barely 36 kmpl.
