To comply with latest emission norms, Hero MotoCorp updated XPulse 200T last year, with the name ‘T’ meaning touring in the urban roads.
Hero XPulse 200T Price:
The bike is available in only one variant: self-start double disc brake with alloy wheels at an ex-showroom (Delhi) price of Rs 120,650.
Hero XPulse 200T Features:
XPulse 200T is an on-road version of the company’s off-road XPulse 200 bike. Hero MotoCorp claims that the bike has a retro design which has received polarised views. This is not a feature-rich bike to boast about, but one can gets stuff like LED headlight and taillamp, Bluetooth. There is an LCD instrument cluster with computer-enabled RideGuide App. Call alerts, turn-by-turn navigation, engine kill, AHO (automatic headlight on), stand alarm, low fuel indicator, and clock are also installed in the bike. Sports Red, Panther Black and Matte Shield Gold are the three colours on offer with this bike.

The engine is oil-cooled and 4 stroke 2 valve single cylinder OHC and is capable of fetching 18.1 ps power at 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 16.15 Nm at 6,500 rpm. There is front telescopic (37 mm Dia) suspension with anti-friction bush in the front and the rear has seven-step rider-adjustable monoshock. The bike is equipped with single-channel anti-braking system (ABS). The transmission is manual with a five-speed gearbox. The top speed of the 199.6 cc bike is estimated to be 115 kmph with a fuel efficiency of around 38-41 kmpl. However, the bike vibrates at higher speeds.
