Bajaj Pulsar is an extremely popular name among bike enthusiasts. All its models have received a lot of love in the Indian market. Its latest RS400 model is much-awaited and is expected to be launched in July this year.
Bajaj Pulsar RS400 Price:
It is expected that Bajaj will offer two variants for RS400: the Pulsar RS400 and the Pulsar RS400 with ABS. The price would be in the starting range of Rs 1.60 to Rs 1.80 lakh.
Bajaj Pulsar RS400 Features:
In terms of looks, the company has upgraded the sporty look a notch. Its design is aggressive, and has included its USP: cuts, fits and panel. However, Bajaj has made Pulsar RS400 even more muscular, which has enhanced its sporty look keeping it consistent with a 400cc bike. It has a twin-projector headlamp with LED DRLs and at the back, the bike showcases a unique tail end design with LED tail light.
Bajaj Pulsar RS400 Performance:
The motorcycle is likely to have a liquid-cooled, single cylinder, triple spark 373.2cc engine with fuel injection system. It can produce 42PS of peak power at 9,000 rpm and 34.5Nm torque at 7,000 rpm. The bike will most-likely draw power from a the Dominar engine, which, in fact, is powered by a rejig engine of the KTM Duke 390. The all-new Bajaj Pulsar RS400 will have a six-speed manual transmission. It will likely to have ABS as standard and Nitrox mono-shock suspension at the rear. The top speed is likely to be 165-170 kmph. The mileage will be in the range of 25-30 kmpl.
Bajaj Pulsar RS400 Capacity:
It will have split seats. The pillion foot-pegs gives a very sporty riding position. In the images of Pulsar RS400 received so far, the fuel tank looks big with a capacity of 14-15 litres of petrol.
