Hero Splendor Plus 
 
Splendor Plus is Hero Motocorp's one of the best-selling products in the market. Kick-start with alloy wheels, self-start with alloy wheels, self-start with alloys and i3S, are the three variations of the motorbike. While the motorcycle's appearance has stayed constant, Hero has introduced a new Black and Accent variation as well as a 100 Million Edition to keep the market interested. The wheels, engine, and chain cover have all been blacked out. It comes in five colour variants: Matte shield gold, Black with silver, Black with purple, Black with sports red and Heavy grey with green.

The Hero Splendor BS6 has a rectangular halogen headlamp with rectangle-shaped halogen turn indicators mounted on the front. A small visor, which is an extension of the motorcycle's plastic panels, is also included, along with a rectangle-shaped halogen tail lamp at the back. As an instrument cluster, the Hero Splendor Plus has analogue dials that display the speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge, and other information. Splendor Plus has a ground clearance of 165 mm, a height of 1052 mm, a length of 2000 mm, a wheelbase of 1236 mm, and a width of 720 mm. 
 

 Riding ergonomics: 
 

A tubular double-cradle frame underpins the new Hero Splendor Plus. The motorcycle's suspension is handled by telescopic forks in the front and five-step adjustable hydraulic dual shock absorbers in the back. The Splendor Plus provides a luxurious ride that glides effortlessly even over speed bumps and rugged terrain. The motorcycle is equipped with large 18-inch tubeless tyres. Both of the Hero Splendor Plus BS6's tyres are 80/100 section 18-inch units with the identical dimensions. 
 

 Engine and Power: 
 

The Splendor Plus's 100cc carbureted engine has been modified with Hero's 'XSens technology' fuel-injection system. At 8,000 rpm, the engine now produces 7.91bhp and 8.05Nm, while at 6,000 rpm, it produces 8.05Nm. This is a 1.3bhp loss, with torque staying unchanged but reaching 1000rpm later. The engine is still paired with a four-speed transmission. 
 

 Safety Features: 
 

From a safety standpoint, this Commuter bike is equipped with a Multiplate Wet Clutch Slipper Clutch. This commuter motorcycle's braking responsibilities are handled by a 130 mm drum unit on both ends, as well as an IBS (integrated braking system) as an added safety feature.

Hero HF Deluxe

The 100-cc bike is in the lower segment in terms of price, and that is why it is not feature-rich and has a simplistic design. Mid-variants come with the feature of alloy wheels and self-start and highest i35 version offers start-stop system that comes handy during traffic hiatus. Some of the features offered in all the variants are Analogue Speedometer, low battery indicator, low oil indicator, gear indicator, fuel warning indicator, engine kill switch, and a clock. 

 

 Hero HF Deluxe Performance: 

 

The 97.22-cc fuel-injected engine system has an ‘XSens Technology’ that adjusts the air-fuel mixture on real time with the help of 10 sensors. It has a four-speed manual gearbox. It generates 7.9 bhp and 8.05 Nm of peak power and torque respectively. While, the front suspension is Telescopic Hydraulic Shock Absorber, the one at the back is 2-step Adjustable Hydraulic Shock Absorbers. None of the variants offer a disc brake. The owners have claimed a solid mileage of 65 kmpl-80 kmpl of HF Deluxe. 
 

 Hero HF Deluxe Capacity: 

 
The bike has a pillion seat and pillion grab rail. The fuel tank capacity is 9.6 litres. It has a kerb weight of 110 kg.

The MT-15 is a little motorcycle, with its look unchanged from before, emulating Yamaha's larger MT-09 and MT-10 naked bikes. The alien-like appearance attracts a lot of attention. Looks and built 
 

The Yamaha MT-15 has all-LED headlights and taillights, however the indicators remain bulbs.  Apart from the usual information and warning lights, the negative LCD instrument cluster displays the gear position, shift light, and mileage indication. Engine and Power
 

The 155cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled 4-valve motor on the Yamaha MT-15 produces 18.6PS horsepower and 14.1Nm of torque. In comparison to the BS4 variant, engine outputs are decreased by 0.7PS and 0.6Nm. The MT-15 BS6 and the R15 BS6 have identical engine tunes, however the naked MT-15 BS6 has a shorter final drive ratio (due to a larger rear sprocket), making it faster for commuting. The motorbike gets Variable Valve Actuation, just like the R15 v3. TVS Raider 125 Launch Date 

 

The bike was launched in September last year. Loaded with several features which are backed by stylish looks, TVS is making its 125-cc offering to the budget buyers.

The bike has two variants—drum brake and disc brake. The company recently raised the price of TVS Raider 125 by Rs 1,600 and now the drum brake variant will cost Rs 84,573, while the disc brake version will cost Rs 89,089.

The speedometer, tripmeter, and odometer is in digital format, while, the tachometer is analogue. However, like other bikes from the Pulsar family, NS200 is not feature-rich. KTM Electric Scooter 
 
KTM had displayed their electric scooter prototype ‘E-Speed’ which captured the interest of many motorists. 
 

 KTM Electric Scooter Expected Launch Date: 
 
The E-Speed was first showcased at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show. It is expected to be launched in 2023. 
 

 KTM Electric Scooter Price: 
 

The KTM electric scooter could cost between Rs. 1.5 lakh to Rs. 2.3 lakh ex-showroom in Delhi. 
 

 KTM Electric Scooter Design: 
 

KTM has ensured that the looks of the E-Speed prototype match its design scheme. A minimalistic and ‘bare to the bones’ design features an exposed frame around the scooter. 
A few fiber components make up the body structure. It will also feature extended side footboards to make it look like a maxi-scooter. 
The E-Speed is stylish in its own futuristic manner. It also gets KTM’s orange, white and black colour scheme to match the signature livery of almost all their bikes.

Bajaj Avenger 400 
 

 Bajaj Avenger 400 Expected Launch Date: 

 

The only cruiser motorcycle of auto giant Bajaj is expected to launch Bajaj Avenger 400 in February 2023. Bajaj Avenger, which has dominated the Indian market with 150 and 220-cc versions, is all set to get bigger and better with the Dominar’s 373 cc engine. 
 

 Bajaj Avenger 400 Price: 

 

It is difficult to make any prediction, but the motorcycle is expected to be available at a starting price of Rs 1.50 lakh. 

 

 Bajaj Avenger 400 Features: 

 

The basics of styling is likely to be similar to Bajaj Avenger 220, but with subtle changes and added features. The instrument cluster and information display could be offered in digital too like speedometer, odometer, tachometer and tripmeter. A backrest for pillion, electric start, optional windscreen and a passing beam would be there to bring in more comfort. The suspension arrangement could be similar to the current Avenger motorcycles- telescopic front forks and gas charged twin shock absorbers at the back. At least the top end is expected to have the dual-channel ABS to enhance the safety. There would be disc brakes in front and back along with alloy wheels and tubeless tyres. 

 

 Bajaj Avenger 400 Performance: 

 

As mentioned before, most likely Dominar’s 373cc engine will be the choice for Bajaj Avenger 400. The engine is liquid-cooled, single cylinder, and fuel injected. It generates and generates 35 bhp of max power and 35Nm of peak torque. It is functioned by a six-speed gearbox. As of now, nothing substantial can be said on the bike’s top speed and mileage. The mileage, though, can be in the range of 25-30 kmpl. 


 

 Bajaj Avenger 400 Capacity: 

 
Like other cruiser bikes, Bajaj Avenger 400 would offer a lot of space in terms of sitting, like its predecessor models.

The motorcycle is likely to give tough fight to 411cc Royal Enfield. UN Renegade Commando and Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500 will be other competitors for Avenger 400.

BS VI Super Splendor Self Start Drum Brake Alloy Wheel and BS VI Super Splendor Self Start Disc Brake Alloy Wheel are the two variants the motorbike is available in. It comes in five colour variants: Dusky Black, Nexus Blue, Glaze Black, Candy Blazing Red and Heavy Grey.

In the new Super Splendor, the headlight cowl has the same shape as before, but the flyscreen is a little more sporty. The utility box under the gasoline tank has been reduced in size, and the side panels have been enhanced with silver highlights that conceal the carburettor. The grab rail is blended with the tail-section of the bodywork at the back and the bodywork graphics are also new. The instrument cluster is a three-pod unit with the neutral, side-stand indicator, and high-beam warning light on the left-most pod. The fuel gauge is in the right pod, while the speedometer and odometer are in the centre pod. The Super Splendor has a length of 2,042mm, a width of 740mm, and a height of 1,102mm. The wheelbase is 1,273mm long, and the ground clearance is 180mm. The motorcycle's fuel tank holds 12 litres of gasoline and the bike's kerb weight is 122kg. 
 

 Riding ergonomics: 
 

The Hero Super Splendor is equipped with telescopic front suspension and hydraulic shock rear suspension. The bike's seat was also lengthened by 45 mm to allow clients to rest and relax while riding. The ride quality is stiffer than on the previous-generation bike and at low speeds, the chassis provides for agile handling. 
 

 Engine and Power: 
 

The Super Splendor is powered by a fuel-injected 125cc engine that develops 10.73bhp at 7,500rpm and 10.6Nm at 6,000rpm. This engine was paired to a four-speed gearbox until Hero modified the bike to meet BS6 standards and included a five-speed gearbox. 
 

 Safety Features: 
 

The new Hero Super Splendor features an Integrated Braking System with a 240 mm Front Disc Brake and a combined braking system for both wheels. The bike also has an Always Headlamp On (AHO) feature for enhanced safety, which improves visibility even during the day.
