The 110bhp 1.5-litre petrol

EcoSport

first. It is available in three variants, namely Ambiente, Trend and Titanium. We'd recommend the Titanium variant here because it comes with ABS and dual airbags which we feel is essential safety kit. This model is ₹2 lakh more expensive but it also gets lots by way of features like alloy wheels, power steering, power windows, electrically adjustable mirrors, a multi-function display and a music player with USB, Aux-in and Bluetooth connectivity. Keyless entry, push-button start, automatic climate control, reverse parking sensors and Microsoft's SYNC voice-activated controls are some other goodies on offer. If you are on a budget, we'd recommend the Trend version that gets anti-lock brakes, not offered in the base Ambiente version.
