Skoda launches Rapid Leisure at₹7.79 lakh

Skoda Auto India today launched aspecial edition of its entry level sedan Rapid, priced between ₹ 7.79 lakh and ₹ 9.06 lakh (ex showroom Delhi).

The new variant -- Rapid Leisure -- available in petrol and diesel engines, would include features like portable navigation system with rear view camera and rear parking sensors, Skoda said in a statement.

The special edition will be available across the country for a limited period only, it added.

While the petrol variant of Rapid Leisure would be available at ₹ 7.79 lakh, the diesel variant would cost ₹ 9.06 lakh (ex showroom Delhi).

Skoda currently sells nine variants of Rapid in the Indian market, priced between ₹ 7.12 lakh and ₹ 9.76 lakh.
