The Z250 sports identical styling to its litre-class stablemate, a naked streetbike with minimal body panels and sharp edgy styling. The Z250 shows off familiar multi-spoke alloy wheels and a chrome plated exhaust similar to seen on the Kawasaki Ninja 300.

The Kawasaki Z250 houses a 249cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled four-stroke engine which gets fuel-injection as well. Expect the Z250 to output about as much power as the phased out Ninja 250R, in the region of 33bhp.
The Z250 will be held together by a diamond type steel frame, and will use telescopic fork suspension with a monoshock at the rear, allied to a rectangle section swingarm. Kawasaki has provided their latest street naked a single disc brake, front and rear.
The Kawasaki Z250 seats riders in an upright, comfy in urban conditions riding position. Kawasaki is presently concentrating on building their product portfolio in the Indian market, so it shouldn't be too long before they contemplate bringing us the Z250.
