New car discounts this October

Once again, we've called almost every dealer in the city and listed out the best deals, so you don't need to do the running around. What we've found is that, predictably, the festive season has prompted car dealers to offer the best discounts on their cars.

These deals are, however, primarily for the city of Mumbai.

Audi

If you wanted to pick a brand new Audi Q7, you need to be aware that you can get upto ₹ 4 lakh off at the Audi dealership. You can also get the Audi Q5 from showrooms with a flat cash benefit to the tune of ₹ 3.5 lakh. A comprehensive discount ranging from ₹ 2.5 to 3.5 lakh on the Q3 makes this vehicle much more affordable. The A6 is currently available with a flat cash saving to the tune of upto ₹ 5 lakh. The fairly new A4 2.0 TDI 174bhp saloon can be yours for a ₹3 lakh discount. All other versions can be purchased with savings close to ₹ 5 lakh.

And finally, Audi's flagship saloon, the A8, can be bought with a discount that ranges from ₹ 5-7 lakh.

Chevrolet

Chevrolet showrooms are currently giving away a discount on its Cruze. We heard that the saving is in the region of ₹ 50,000.

Ford

Ford dealers are offering quite a bit off on the Figo. This, either in cash or accessories, works out to a benefit of upto ₹ 40,000 of the price tag. The Fiesta can be yours with a discount ranging from ₹ 40,000 to ₹ 50,000, while the Classic is available with a discount of upto ₹ 60,000.

The Fluence can be bought at showrooms with savings that range from ₹ 50,000-75,000.

Skoda

Toyota

The reliable Liva hatchback can be yours with savings of upto ₹ 40,000, while Toyota's workhorse, the Innova is has a discount of upto ₹ 40,000 going on it before the facelift hits the showroom.
