Audi gears up for Auto Expo; A3 sedan to make debut

Buoyed by impressive sales lastyear in India, German luxury car maker Audi is gearing up to showcase a host of models, including the debut of its A3 sedan, at the upcoming Auto Expo.

'We believe in being at the right place with the right product and experience for our customers. Auto Expo is an excellent platform to demonstrate Audi's commitment to the Indian market and showcase our exhilarating line-up of class leading products,' Audi India Head Joe King said in a statement.

He said during the expo, the company will unveil the Audi A3 Sedan and 'Special Editions' of SUVs - Audi Q3, Audi Q5 and Audi Q7.

Besides, Audi will also showcase its RS 7 Sportback alongside Le Mans 2012 winner, 'Audi R18 e-tron quattro' along with Audi R8 V10 plus Spyder.

Audi became the first luxury car maker in India to cross the 10,000 milestone in 2013 by posting 11 per cent growth in its 2013 sales at 10,002 units. It had sold 9,003 units in 2012.
